Meet the Founder

Michael Cunningham

Hi, I’m Michael
Cunningham — founder of Pulse PCs.

My journey into technology started long before Pulse PCs existed. I began building custom
gaming computers in 2008, driven by curiosity, problem-solving, and a genuine
love for understanding how systems work.

Before Pulse PCs, I served as a Blackhawk helicopter crew member in the United States Army. My military career was unexpectedly cut short by an injury that permanently
reshaped my life. That moment forced me away from the work I knew — but it also
pushed me toward the work I was meant to do.

Turning Passion Into Purpose

After my injury, technology became something I relied on every day. It wasn’t optional — it was
essential for staying connected, productive, and independent. That reliance
changed the way I viewed technology. It stopped being a luxury and became a
lifeline.

I returned to school, earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, and officially registered a
business I believed in — one built around service, integrity, and people.

Values From Service, Applied to Business

The values I carried from the Army didn’t stay behind with the uniform. They shape how Pulse PCs operates every day:

Loyalty to our customers

Duty to deliver what we promise

Respect for people and their budgets

Selfless service over profit-first thinking

Honor and integrity in every build and
recommendation

Personal courage to do what’s right, even when
it’s harder

These values are why Pulse PCs is customer-focused, transparent, and committed to affordability without compromise.

A Vision for Connection

I don’t believe technology should feel intimidating or out of reach. My vision for Pulse PCs is
simple: to build systems that help people stay connected — to their work, their
passions, and each other.

Pulse PCs isn’t just about computers. It’s about building trust, solving problems, and making
technology a bridge instead of a barrier.
